Presenting my latest 3D Army Bag a detailed and realistic model designed for gaming environments. This asset strikes a balance between optimized performance and high visual fidelity by using a carefully considered polycount of approx 18,200 tris, ideal for modern game engines. The mesh was crafted using Maya, with texturing performed in Substance Painter, Marmoset toolbag for rendering and Photoshop as per needed.
Key highlights of my process include baking high-poly details onto a low-poly base mesh, ensuring rich surface detail without excessive geometry. Color ID maps were leveraged to streamline texturing, enhancing material definition and realism. The bag is textured with 2048x2048 maps, providing crisp details while maintaining game-readiness. This model offers a blend of robust detailing and performance efficiency, perfect for realistic game settings.
Check out the renders and wireframes for a closer look at the mesh structure, texturing layers, and final in-game ready presentation! Feedback is always welcome.
